YOUR TASKS
- High-quality preparation and cooking of daily cakes, desserts, ice cream and other desserts in compliance with our standards
- Independent and creative processing of all products
- Responsibility for compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP guidelines)
- Control of the inventory
- Shared responsibility for an optimal production process
- Supporting the kitchen brigade in all tasks that arise
YOU SHOULD PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING
- Completed training in the hotel or catering industry
- Proven professional experience in patisserie is an advantage
- Passion for hosting and attention to detail
- Creativity & hands-on mentality
- Very good written and spoken German and/or English skills
- Very good food knowledge
- Clean and economical as well as independent way of working
- Ideally knowledge in the production of vegan desserts

A minimum salary according to the collective agreement for hotels and restaurants applies. There is a possibility of overpayment depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
