Trainees Table
Since the introduction of the Trainees Table in April 2022, we have been offering our youngsters an additional opportunity to learn new skills and exchange ideas with other trainees, apprentices and interns across departments. At the monthly events, topics such as coffee & tea, wine & cheese, massage techniques, flambéing crepe suzette, mixing cocktails, preparing sushi, etc. are trained. This allows the trainees to think outside the box and get to know each other better.
