We are Team Forsthofgut and with the Team Forsthofgut Campus we create a place that connects all of us.

We can remodel and design our Forsthofgut as extraordinary as we like, but in the end, it is nothing special without our employees: What makes our hotel special are the connections between the people, the personal relationships. We are very grateful and proud of our team, and we want to let the employees feel this appreciation with the new Team Forsthofgut Campus.

Welcome to the Team Forsthofgut Campus

At the Forsthofgut there is a mission statement that drives us all: We want to enrich people with extraordinary experiences. This applies not only to our guests, but above all to our employees. Therefore, we have created a place where our Team Forsthofgut can fully develop their abilities and thrive together.

The Foundation

With each new step, we want to grow beyond ourselves at Forsthofgut and want to create something special. With the Team Forsthofgut Campus, we can celebrate another milestone: This time, we are building something for the team and thus creating not only a new place to be together, but a feeling. The 1.300 m² campus area will be – similar to a university campus – the centre of team life at Forsthofgut. A place for creativity and education, for sports and health, for leisure and entertainment, for food and drinks and for the life and living of each individual.

The employees themselves can shape how the campus develops, what feeling it spreads. It is a place, where hidden talents can come forward, where new connections are made and where the team takes responsibility for its own place. The foundation for this development and the cornerstone for the team feeling are five pillars that offer inspiration, ideas and objectives.
