At the Team Forsthofgut Campus, we strengthen the mental and physical well-being of our team. This is achieved through joint sport sessions and trainings. In addition, our employees can use the extensive spa and fitness facilities at the hotel. The architecture of the campus is also designed to contribute to well-being with outdoor areas, fresh air, lots of light and plants.

The waldSPA fitness area is open to our employees around the clock (24/7) and can be used at any time during off-duty hours.

Health Promotion Project

In cooperation with the Austrian Health Insurance Fund (Österreichische Gesundheitskasse, ÖGK), we have started an individual health project. Workplace health promotion is a top priority for us. The year-round project includes workshops and the joint development of concepts for the entire Team Forsthofgut. Our belief: Health is our most valuable asset, and it is our responsibility to protect it. Our objective: to receive the seal of approval for workplace health promotion by the Austrian Health Insurance Fund (ÖGK) at the beginning of 2025. Because a healthy team is the key to sustainable success.

Every fortnight, either on Wednesday or on Friday, we invite the team to join our happy lunch break, during which all employees have time for a lively exchange between the different departments – a cosy get-together for the team. Talented hobby baristas spoil the team with excellent coffee, accompanied by refreshing drinks and delicious snacks. A quick break for everyone during the workday to recharge their batteries and strengthen the team dynamic.
