The campus is not only a part of the workplace, but more importantly, a living space. During breaks and free time, the gaming area, chill-out area, meeting space and bar with DJ booth offer many opportunities to spend time together. Movie nights, after-work activities and regular happy breaks make it easy to meet new people or strengthen friendships outside of your department.
Team Events
In addition to the numerous opportunities for internal training for our employees, we also welcome joint team events at any time. For example, the annual company party in summer on our idyllic Thoman Alm, the Christmas party at Forsthofgut during the festive Advent season and several smaller parties, as well as pop-up events and similar events throughout the year.

Simply that there are rooms, and I wouldn't really focus on one area, but simply that there is a place where all employees can meet and different employees from other departments can come together. It just becomes a community place.
That's why I think it's cool to have a gaming area now. Because sometimes I like to try and plan FIFA tournaments with my friends, but it's always a little difficult, but now that we habe a set location, everyone can come together.
I'm happy to have space to communicate and exchange ideas with my colleagues, as well as the fact that I can calm down when I need peace and quiet during breaks.
