YOUR TASKS
- Helping to prepare dishes for menus, buffets and special events
- Joint responsibility for an optimal production process
- Efficient and cost-conscious work in the kitchen team
- Ensuring the quality of the prepared dishes
- Proper handling of food and equipment
- Storing and caring for the goods
- Compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP guidelines)
- If required, support the entremetier and gardemanager
YOU SHOULD PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING
- Completed training as a chef in the upscale hotel or catering industry with ideally verifiable initial work experience
- High quality awareness & product knowledge
- Very good knowledge of German and/or English, both written and spoken
- Very good food knowledge
- Clean and economical as well as independent way of working

A minimum salary according to the collective agreement for hotels and restaurants applies. There is a possibility of overpayment depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
