YOUR TASKS
- The management of the post
- The high quality preparation and presentation of food in compliance with our standards
- Assigning and leading the assigned staff at the post
- Responsibility for compliance with hygiene regulations in accordance with (HACCP guidelines)
- Control of the stock of goods
- Ordering in consultation with our chef
- Joint responsibility for an optimal production process
- Supporting the kitchen brigade in all tasks that arise
YOU SHOULD PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING
- Completed education as a cook in the hotel industry or gastronomy with verifiable professional experience in a comparable position
- Work experience in a comparable position
- A passion for hosting and a love of detail
- Very good knowledge of German and/or English, both written and spoken
- Very good food knowledge
- Clean and economical as well as independent way of working
