- Completed education in the upscale hotel industry with proven professional experience in a comparable position
- Professional expertise in classic serving techniques and procedures
- Independent and efficient way of working
- Excellent product knowledge and communication skills
- Host mentality
- Very good knowledge of German and/or English, both written and spoken
- Friendly and cordial manner
