We take our employees on a journey. In addition to professional development, we focus on personal growth and offer mental training and coaching. In all departments, there is also ongoing training, including from external experts: an important step in living up to our role as a model company.

Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, our two seminar rooms "Ian Schrager" and "CĂ©sar Ritz" offer ideal conditions for providing the Forsthofgut Academy's exclusive training programme in the best possible way. Our aim is to deepen the professional qualifications of our team members in a holistic way, as well as to offer personal development training and to strengthen social skills within the team.
At 16 m², the "Ian Schrager" training room is ideal for small-scale training courses and workshops. There is a large creative wall for brainstorming sessions
and workshops, a TV and a blackboard.
The "César Ritz" training room offers 70 m² and is ideal for workshops and training sessions with a larger group. With plenty of daylight and large glass fronts, the room offers an inspiring learning atmosphere.
