At the Forsthofgut there is a mission statement that drives us all: We want to enrich people with extraordinary experiences. This applies not only to our guests, but above all to our employees. Therefore, we have created a place where our Team Forsthofgut can fully develop their abilities and thrive together.
The Foundation
With every step we take at Forsthofgut, we want to surpass ourselves and set new standards. With the Team Forsthofgut Campus, we have achieved a significant milestone: a place that is entirely dedicated to the team - not just for working, but for living, growing and coming together. A central meeting place has been created on 1,300 m² - inspired by the idea of a university campus - which forms the heart of team life at Forsthofgut.
The campus is a space for creativity and further education, for sport and health, for leisure and entertainment, for enjoyable food and lively community. Above all, however, it is a place where every team member can develop - both professionally and personally.
How this place feels, how it grows and develops is determined by our team itself. This is where hidden talents come to the fore, new connections are made and every team member takes responsibility for the shared space. The campus is supported by five pillars - they form the foundation for inspiration, ideas and common goals.
