YOUR TASKS
- The high-quality preparation and presentation of daily cakes, desserts, ice cream and other desserts in compliance with our standards
- Independent and creative processing of all products
- Compliance with hygiene regulations according to (HACCP guidelines)
- Control of the stock of goods
- Joint responsibility for an optimal production process
- Supporting the kitchen brigade in all tasks that arise
YOU SHOULD PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING
- Completed education as a patissier/confectioner in the hotel industry or gastronomy with verifiable professional experience in patisserie
- A passion for hosting and a love of detail
- Creativity
- Very good knowledge of German and/or English, both written and spoken
- Very good food knowledge Clean and economical as well as independent working style
- Ideally knowledge in the production of vegan desserts

A minimum salary according to the collective agreement for hotels and restaurants applies. There is a possibility of overpayment depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
